Chief Executive Officer (CEO) BASEL AL-ASSADI

Basel Al-Assadi is the founder and managing director of the Basel Real Estate GmbH.

His competences are strategy, conception and sales management.

Basel Al-Assadi laid the foundation of his career with his Bachelor of Arts in Real Estate Management.

In addition, Basel Al-Assadi was responsible for sales and purchases at RIV AG.

Since 2019, he has set another milestone at Basel Real Estate by supporting clients in Berlin and surroundings with his extensive know-how in the real estate industry.

Chief Operation Officer (COO) LUKAS FALKOWSKI

Lukas Falkowski has been a partner of Basel Real Estate since 2019.

Already in his early years he gained experience in the family business Hochbau Falkowski, which acts as a general contractor by reliably and trustfully cooperating with clients, investors, engineers, architects, building authorities and all necessary trades from the planning phase to the final acceptance.

In this process, he has learned to master the complexity of modern construction processes and to fully implement projects.

As a trained real estate agent, he brings his experience to the Basel Real Estate team and is responsible for project development, procurement of planning permission and supporting end investors.

Our Partner

Our partner the Falkowski Group offers both extensive technical knowledge and the necessary expertise in the field of project development for real estate. Taken together, these factors provide security from an early stage for the entire project in terms of costs and planning. Last but not least, the Falkowski Group also participates in interesting projects as an investor.

SEHW was founded in 1996 and is now a registered trademark. Under the brand name there are several companies of different legal forms operating on an international level with currently about 40 employees at several locations. In addition to its original architectural activities, SEHW is active in the fields of general planning and project development. The main focus is on buildings for public use, usually as a result of upstream architectural competitions, and offices, hotels, retail, etc. for private commercial builders, investors, developers.
