Our strategy is designed to provide you with a fast and calculable race in best time with optimal results based on our many years of experience in the market.
First we visit the property of our seller. We determine the purchase price of the property based on current market conditions and experience. At the same time, we develop a tailor-made marketing strategy with our team.
When creating our individual exposés, we place great importance on future design, meaningful visualizations and their editorial presentation. In doing so, we rely on the long-standing experience of our illustrators, designers and photographers.
The sale kicks off and we start sending the exposé to registered existing customers as well as new interested parties. In addition, we put the property in premium place on selected real estate platforms and in-house solutions.
Over time we receive many inquiries and interested parties get in touch with us. We arrange an individual viewing appointment with the potential buyers to present them the property.
After answering all customer requests and having focused conversations about the selling process and possible special requests, the future owner receives a reservation agreement with the request to check.
After the buyer agrees to the reservation agreement and the special requests have been exclusively sampled by us, the purchase contract draft prepared by the notary is carefully checked by both parties.
Even in the last step we keep an eye on our clients and accompany the notarisation at the desired notary’s office. Subsequently, a separate appointment is made for the handover of the keys. Even after notarisation and handover of the property, we continue to support our clients.
